3-Step Online Admissions Process

Step 1: Submit Your Application

• Complete our Application Form or email the required documents to littlegenius@lgedu.vn
• Please ensure you submit:
  – A completed Application Form
  – All required supporting documents (see the checklist below)
  – The application fee
  Applications are reviewed in the order Little Genius are received.

Step 2: Admission Review

Once we receive your completed application and application fee, our Admissions Team will begin the review process.

During this stage, we may:

• Request additional information or documents if needed.
• Contact your child’s current or previous school for further information.
• Arrange an age-appropriate assessment and a friendly meeting with our Academic Team.

Step 3: Admission Offer

• If your child meets our admissions requirements and a place is available, you will receive an official Offer of Admission.
• Before your child’s first day at Little Genius, please submit the completed Medical Examination Form.

Required Documents

Please prepare the following documents:

1. Completed Application For Admission Form
2. Application & Registration Fee
3. Health Information Form (with copy of vaccination/ immunization record)
4. School bus declaration form (if needed)
5. 2 passport copies of the student’s Passport & 2 copies of Parents’/ Guardians’ Passport
6. Official school reports or transcripts from the previous two academic years or any educational, psychological, or specialist assessment reports (if applicable)
