– Application Fee

A non-refundable Application Fee of 3,000,000 VND is payable upon submission of an Admission Application to the Little Genius International Kindergarten. This fee is to cover the administrative costs of each application. We do not accept any money before actual acceptance of the child.

– Registration Fee

A Registration Fee of 5,000,000 VND is a non-refundable fee payable when the offer of the LG place is accepted. The Registration Fee is paid only once and guarantees the place for the child. The acceptance of school places would not be confirmed until the registration fee has been paid.

– Tuition Fees

The Full payment is discounted by 5~10% compare to the 2 or 3 installments.

– Refund Policy

For students whose required tuition fees were paid in full and in advance, on time, at the beginning of the academic year (not by installment plan), the following refund policy and schedule is applied according to the date of withdrawal from the school for any reason.

– Privacy

The information collected by the Little Genius International Kindergarten during the enrolment process and during the period in which the child is enrolled at the kindergarten is intended for the use in connection with the education and well-being of the children and may be used by any of the staff of little genius kindergarten or consultant to the little genius kindergarten in connection with that purpose. Other than pictures of the kids, none of kid’s information will be used in any reasons at outside of the kindergarten. Information may be retained to enable the Kindergarten to contact former Children. Children have the right of access to personal information collected by the Kindergarten.

To complete the registration process, parents/guardians must submit the followings at the time of registration:
◘ An “Application for Admission” Form (with two pictures)
◘ A Health Information Form (with copy of vaccination/ immunization record)
◘ School Bus Declaration Form (if needed)
◘ 2 passport copies of the student’s Passport
◘ 2 copies of Parents’/ Guardians’ Passport

– VAT invoice

If parents require a VAT invoice, please provide information with the details for issuing the VAT invoice before making the payment.

If Little Genius do not receive any information or notice from the parents regarding the VAT invoice before the payment is made, Little Genius will issue the invoice under parent’s name or the account holder’s name used to make the payment to our bank account.
